JARDIN RESOURCE was established in 2000 to provide Relocation Management services : i.e. New Company Registration for Local / PMA, Expatriate's formalities Documents, Resident Permit ( KITTAS ), work permit and other supporting documents which is issued by Jakarta Government Offices and Local offices in one completed Package.We are also available for the service in assisting Investor to have a reliable information and data to commence initial survey of Feasibility for Cement/ Coal mining and Palm Plantation for all over Indonesian Region, obtaining Government approval of Land Concession, Exploration and Exploitation permit within reasonable Budget and Time Frame. In this case the form of the corporation is allowed 100% pure Foreign Investment Company or sharing with local partner.

In order we can improve our service to the clients which are mainly Expatriates who are works or invest in Indonesia, we expand the business in Construction services in Indonesia for mainly in housing project, Office partition, Villas, Swimming pool, infrastructure project and shopping mall complex, all types of School buildings.
To execute the project within the stipulated construction schedule by maintaining the quality of the work according to required quality control requirements with relevant to the applicable standard and codes is our primary goal. PT. JARDINE RESOURCE management and project team will make sure that this goal will be archived at any cost by putting effort and resources.
Recently we have successfully executed small and medium project which include civil / structural, mechanical / piping, electrical and instrumentation work for housing, Swimming pool, Office partition Expansion Of Office Building and School buildings (SD, SMP, SMA)
Management and Execution :
During 2004 we have completely reshuffled and strengthened our management and project team by putting highly qualified and experienced professionals who are in this business for several years, Our management and project team consist of local engineers and expatriate professional in various disciplines and have good knowledge about construction business, resources and material.
Quality Control :
Our Q.A. / Q.C. team continuously inspect, monitor and record and control the quality of work during all stages of construction work according to project requirements and also as per the applicable codes and standard. This team will coordinate the client’s team to assure the best quality of the work. Standard Q.A. / Q.C. procedures are established and followed during the construction process.
Safety :
We have given highest for safety of the personnel who are associated during the construction work and our safety team will ensure that all the tools and tackles including lifting gears are inspected prior to use and all our site personnel will follow all the safety procedures and make sure that the workers also comply and aware of the safety procedures and precautions.
Overseas Operations :
In 2003, we send 250 skilled technicians to Al Bader International, Abu Dhabi and Qatar for their oil and gas related projects and appartements.
This year, we will be sending more personnel and are negotiating with our partner in Abu Dhabi and Qatar to join for the construction work I UAE.
We the National private company that was based in Jakarta that stood since 2003, that moved in the field public's service and the development contractor. As for the service/the service that was given by us was :

3. The service of the Company's permission and special permission the investing foreigner and worked in Indonesia.
